Using the theory of design thinking we developed ‘protection-the-go sanitizer’ to increase convenience and adaption among consumer during their holidays. The new format has quickly gone on to become the top-5 best sellers on Vietnamese e-commerce sites including Tiki & Shoppee.
Though this innovation, Lifebuoy hand sanitizer now becomes a trendy, well designed personal accessory item for young people that can be conveniently tagged onto one’s handbag or key chain. Each of the ten limited-edition versions reflects a unique Tet reunion theme and this further adds the collectible aspect among Vietnamese Gen-Z and young millennials.
